What is our motivation?
We could, but would not like to call it by the german word “Leidenschaft” because we do not create "Leiden" (suffering)!
We create beautiful and good things in life: (Good) food & drink, (lived) hospitality & gastronomy, (cozy) atmosphere & ambience,… Or – as we have expressed it since the beginning in our subline ("G-spot of the city"): (Good) feelings, pleasure & taste. “Simply live”.
Let's call it "k.u.k. passion". It is the enthusiasm and motivation that “burns” within us…
