The full-bodied organic Märzen-Zwickl tastes like it used to be: natural with subtle cloudiness. Brewed according to the purity law of 1516, a charming homage to the original brewing style.
In this organic Märzen-Zwickl the unfiltered yeasts stay as a flavor carrier in the beer - it is characterized by more mildness, full-bodiedness and complex flavor nuances. The organic brewing barley grown especially for us comes from regional, Austrian organic farmers. The cloudiness is consciously kept discreet to underline the refreshing character of the beer. The longer maturation phase is favourable to us, following our philosophy of slow brewing, through which the beer is clarified gently and naturally.
Keeping the original style, the beer is bottled in the little smaller and bulbous EURO bottle and labelled with a Trumer label from the 70s. The packaging is also a homage to the original design from the good old days.

TRUMER HOPFENSPIEL

Session Pils with 2,9% alcohol. Fruity, sparkling, light.
Because of the special method of cold hopping with the international aroma hop varieties Simcoe, Triskel and Cascade this sparkling, light pilsner speciality gets its unique fruitiness. It is natural with subtle cloudiness.
The scents that emerge in the nose are mango, apricot and elderberry ramed by fresh fruity impressions from the peel of Citrus fruits. Fine herbal aromas reminiscent of thyme. The taste is complex with grapefruit-tart, thirst-quenching notes. These are accompanied by floral-sweet impressions with a hint of mint.

As a pilsner specialist, Trumer has set himself a new goal: To brew the best and tastiest non-alcoholic pilsner. The Trumer Freispiel impresses with its unique, tasty note and fine freshness that it gets through the current most modern process technology for non-alcoholic beers and the cold hopping with pure natural hops.
Shimmering golden yellow and sparkling delicately, with clearly floral hop aromas, reminiscent of citrus fruits and apricot. The second impression reveals refreshing notes of wild herbs such as thyme and lavender. With the Trumer Freispiel the balance between non-alcoholic beer and full taste succeeds: it impresses with a finely balanced bitterness, full character and a slim, elegant body.
